Wood Pellet Plant

Wood pellet plant is the production process which crushes sawdust, wood, sawdust and other wood to further made them into pellet. From crushing, drying, granulation, cooling and packaging, it is one set of production line, which has done from raw material to the granulation as one of the assembly line operation. Wood Pellet Production Process:

1. The logs, lumber, wood strips, sawdust and wood bricks are directly crushed into sawdust by the chipper machine.
2. Use the drum screen to screen the wood powder.
3. The water content of sawdust powder will be dried to below 20% after entering the dryer. Then the material enters into the middle of intermittent storage to achieve equilibrium.
4. The materials after drying will enter into the bin; use the hoist to transport the materials to the wood pellet machine for granulation.
5. The finished product will be conveyed by the belt conveyor to the cooler for cooling process.
6. The materials after cooling will enter into the bin packing or directly into the wagon in bulk.

Application Fields:

1. Wood pellet plant can process straw, cotton stalk, wood, weeds and other crops, which is a kind of good straw and stalk processing machine;
2. It can also process wood chips, sawdust, wood shavings, fuel wood, wood scrap, bagasse and other waste into granular fuel;
3. Wood pellet production line can also process materials which are difficult to mold with low adhesive rate such as garbage and plant waste.
