1. Control the moisture of raw materials and make sure the moisture content in 30-50%. Soaked materials should be dried the surface water before shred.
2. Before operation, check the mesh of bottom screen and air inlet to prevent block.
3. Generally speaking, duct blocking mostly occurs in elbow part.
4. If air flows fluently and duct doesn't block, but it cannot feed materials, it should check whether blower wheel wears or not, or blower rotates normally or not.
