Production Process:

Wheat straw should be crushed roughly by two sets of rotary cutting machines, bundles of grass and straw after crushing can be pulverized into smaller particles by fine crushing equipment. The finished materials will be transferred into the granulation bunker, and then the materials will be divided into two sets of straw particle machine, then enter the cooling machine for cooling process. Finally move into the finished product bin for packing, and it can also have direct access to storage hopper for bulk transport. A full set of production line has the yield of 5-8 tons per hour, annual yield of 40000 tons.
