Sawdust Pellet mill Introduction:

Sawdust pellet mill is also known as sawdust pellet machine, which is the special equipment to press all kinds of crops straw, sawdust, peanut shell, corn cob, rice straw, wheat straw, wheat bran, branches and leaves into modern clean fuel without any additives and binder.

It can also form the sawdust pellet plant with other equipment. The finished sawdust particles can solve the basic rural life energy and increase the income of farmers, which is a new biomass fuel; it also can be directly used in the traditional coal-fired boiler of cities instead of the traditional coal. After forming, the particle density is greater than 1100 kg / m³, and its transportation and storage are convenient, at the same time, the fuel properties are improved.

Application Fields:

Sawdust pellet machine is suitable for pressing materials which are hard for molding, such as rice husk, sunflower seed shell, peanut shell melons husk, crop stalks, tree branches, bark; various kinds of wood waste ash; rubber, cement; various kinds of chemical raw materials. The pressed biomass fuel can be used to for civil heating and living with high burning utilization rate and convenient storage. It also can be used as the main fuel in industrial boilers to replace coal-fired, which can solve the environmental pollution problem.

Working Principle:

During the working process of sawdust pellet machine, it requires the material with moisture content of 13% ~ 17%. The materials flow from the storage silo to quantitative conveyer, through the variable frequency adjustable speed motor to obtain quantitative conveyer, and then into the conditioner, followed by the compulsory feeder, finally into the pressing room for granulation.

Sawdust Pellet Production Line:

1. The main equipment:

Conveyor→ screening machine→ standard type dryer (raw water can be removed) elevator→ scraper machine→ particle bin→ granulator →output belt feeding (skirt belt machine) →cooler →packing machine

2. Other equipment:

Electric control → main engine → cooling system → cooling machine ventilation → iron removing system

3. Construction condition:

Plant area of 30-120㎡, it can be respectively divided into crushing workshop, granulation workshop and molding workshop. The appropriate amount of space is for the storage of raw materials or there is a warehouse to reserve raw materials, the bigger the better, three cases of power, production worker is 1-3 people.
