Bagasse Pellet Making Process:

1. The materials are directly crushed by the crushing machine; the finished materials can be suppressed to particles if the length and moisture content are controlled within the prescribed limits.
2. The materials are transferred to the pellet mill by the belt conveyer, or uniformly delivered to the pellet machine by human labor, and then into the feed inlet, finally to suppress them into particles.

From raw materials to the whole process, it can be divided into: material recovery - crushing - conveyor - particle pressing - molding - output - cooling - transport - send to small power plant boiler or residents.

Characteristics of Bagasse Pellet Mill:

1. High yield, low power consumption. The yield for per hour is 800 kg -1500 kg, power consumption is only 30KW- 55kW.
2. Strong adaptability of raw materials. It is applicable for processing various raw materials, which can press materials with general moisture of 8-20%.
3. The pressing wheels have automatic adjustment function. It uses bidirectional rotation principle of bearings to adjust the pressure angle, which can make the material cannot be extruded into the group. So that it is not easy to cause the stuck phenomenon of the equipment, so as to ensure the stability of particles.
